Participant Waiver & Release of Liability Agreement

By registering for and participating in any class, event, private session, workshop, or activity hosted by Strut & Slay LLC, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in dance classes and related physical activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, falls, muscle strains, emotional stress, permanent disability, and in rare cases, death. I voluntarily choose to participate in all activities offered by Strut & Slay LLC at my own risk.

Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Strut & Slay LLC, its owner, instructors, employees, contractors, affiliates, venue partners, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to any injury, illness, loss, accident, or death that may occur during or as a result of participation in any Strut & Slay LLC activity.

I understand and agree that Strut & Slay LLC shall not be held responsible or liable for any injuries, medical conditions, damages, or losses sustained while attending or participating in classes, events, or private sessions.

Medical Acknowledgment

I certify that I am physically capable of participating in dance and fitness-related activities. I understand it is my responsibility to consult with a physician before participating if I have any medical concerns or conditions.

Photo, Video & Media Release

I acknowledge and understand that all classes, events, workshops, and private sessions may be photographed and/or recorded by Strut & Slay LLC.

By participating, I grant Strut & Slay LLC full permission and unrestricted rights to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, and display any photographs, video recordings, or media content containing my image, likeness, voice, or performance for promotional, advertising, marketing, social media, website, and other business-related purposes without compensation or further consent.

I understand that all recorded content captured during Strut & Slay LLC activities remains the sole property of Strut & Slay LLC.

Electronic Consent

By signing electronically and/or participating in any Strut & Slay LLC activity, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this Waiver & Release of Liability Agreement.
